Microsoft Power Automate: Create an Automated Business Process Across Multiple Apps
Skill Level: Intermediate. We think Power Automate is an unsung hero of Office 365. Many people don’t realize they can easily achieve new levels of productivity by automating repetitive workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, previously called Microsoft Flow. In this webinar we will build an example flow: we will create a customer satisfaction survey using Microsoft Forms, and then we will have each survey response trigger an automatic message push to a Microsoft Teams support channel. The possibilities for creating your own flows are nearly endless, and incredibly powerful!
